The hotel on the Beach. Welcome staff. Nice attractions for your childrens.

Food during breakfast and lunch time should be updated. Boring everyday the same menu.

The staff was perfect, friendly. Especially thanks to Frau Deniz at reception. She advice us many different things to do in hotel.

Unfortunately, the booking.com staff did not explain everything very well(Frau Günay) . For example: if you book hotel from booking.com, you have one day free ala carte using. But booking.com personal did not explain this advantage and we learned it from Frau Deniz at reception point.

Wonderful

All sport and leisure facilities combined. Good restaurants A Chinese and Japanese deluxe restaurant where we were invited for dinner resulted in severe food poisoning from shrimps with vomiting ???? and diarrhoea which sapped my strength and energy on last two days of my stay. I reported this to restaurant and management of hotel. I have no allergies to shrimps,and have eaten shrimps in main restaurants in Belek,Istanbul, Doha Qatar. Anyway such things do happen. Also the rooms were quite archaic in design. There was a bath tub which was quite difficult to get in. A flat shower room would have been more appropriate.

As a Muslim couple with five grown up children ,we took strong exception to flimsy dress worn by ladies and girls in restaurants. Bikinis were common even in gym ️‍️.

Great if you dont speak english and you are from Russia only

Firstly, I would say this place is very good, and I would consider potenially returning. However, if you have been lucky enough to stay in plenty of 5 star resorts before, you will appreciate the below 'contructive criticisms' -

Its not a place for those who speak english, the staff struggle and their comprehensive whilst at times can be admired, was very poor - The service treated of guests from countries like Russia was much better, i.e. if you are a person a colour like me, then I felt ignored most of the time - The staff DO try their best and it cant be easy to manage such a large site, so kudos on trying, but I would not say its 5 star when you look at the detail - especially when you pay top money - Cheaper to book your return taxi via booking.com - Prices are too high, and basically not for locals certainly, just those from abroad who can buy for the same cost in their country - Food was excellent, but limited for those who can not have diary and twice the kitchen forgot to even prepare my 3yr olds (and yet they still threatened via text of costs if we made more or added requests) but had nothing to say when they made mistakes - The english speaking lady did try her best, which I would like to thank her - The pools need much better cleaning (I mean you can afford it, when you are that full!) - Music louder than expected, so next time perhaps would recommend a different part of the hotel for kids - I saw the Legends Resort on way to air port, which after speaking to locals, seemed to be even better Overall, a lovely resort, and certainly for the money you pay you expect a lot. The beach was OK, but stony, and lack of staff made security a worry. Especially when a kid lost his father and there were no staff, and even if you did find one, they would not understand english, forcing you to find a phone to call guest services, wait for e english speaking person and then finally waiting for them to come to beach (do you not have life guard during the day?)

Great, hot, stay!

Food was great, lots of choice and other options at lunch (beach bar). Drinks service by the pool. Kids disco was fun for the little ones and a mix of entertainment- the hotel went to a lot of effort. Overall we had a great stay!

Huge hotel has everything you need. Great pool, slides. Guest relations service was superb. They can handle any inquiry or request.

There was no entertainment on the main stage, only at the pool bar area

Great place to stay.

The staff were polite, the food was lovely, the beach was great.

Alcohol in my room without asking me *I asked for it to be removed. Might be helpful to develop visual aids to facilitate communication between people speaking different languages. A bit further out from the old part where you will get a better cultural experience.

Overall good besides the final touches of staff treatment.

The food was very very good. Great selection across all meals and good snacks in the afternoon provided around the hotel. Plenty pools and entertainment

The staff at reception/guest relations could not speak English. Our baggage took almost a hour to get to our room at night and the staff had attitude about it. The tour group on site also gave us a rental car with zero petrol and then did not refund us for the fuel added.

Pleasant stay. NOT a 5 star hotel, more like 4.

Food was good, buffet style with different options. Staff is very polite and very friendly. The pool was very clean and the beach was wonderful. Very nice Spa.

The room was tired and a little old. Beds were uncomfortable. I had a 2 bedroom suite and the aircon was not working in one of the rooms so we tried to sleep with the windows open as it was cool at night however it was impossible as the music from outside was so loud couldn't sleep before 00:30 when all the hotels stop at the same time. Hotel proposed to switch rooms as they tried to fix the air-conditioning 3 times but had 2 nights left. Staff at the hotel spoke little English and seemed everyone spoke Russian. It was a little shocking that the front desk and guest services had problems speaking English. Guest services tried booking golf courses for us but it was hard to communicate. I think this hotel caters mostly to Russian guests.

everything was fine. except the minimarket, there was a bure who sold us a pack of Malboro for 9 euros... when in the minimarket outside the Malboro hotel it was 1.5 euros. a lot of difference. it's called theft

Good hotel for relaxing

The room was nice, I took the two-bedroom family suite, it was nice with spectacular views. However, there was a problem at the beginning when we checked in, they gave us a non-sea-view room, but my reservation says it should be a sea view room, so I called for the manager and he helped us and gave us what we reserved. Hopefully, we came in off-season period, otherwise we wouldn't have found availability. Otherwise, it was nice. The indoor pool was nice and warm.

There's not much activities in the hotel. Many things including the beach in the off-season period is closed.

Wonderful

Good and clean beach, room and territory, delicious meals, but restaurant was very crowded, sometimes we had to search for the table a bit long. Staff was very kind and responsive. Entertainment program was also not bad.

Transfer from the airport, that was proposed by the hotel, was too expensive and the van was too old and surely not correspond to the price. My suggestion for a guests is to manage transfer by themselves in advance. There is a lot of providers, that you can find in social media like instagram of FB.

Wonderful

Food in this resort is so delicious that you won't be hungry I enjoyed so did my kids. I liked the fact its always clean inside and outside. Friendly staffs made my trip very pleasant. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone especially to family with kids because there is plenty activities to do.

I didn't like some activities package price on site it was expensive compared to other places but then that's all down to individual where they want to do these water activities. Reducing price needs to be looked at.
